Why I Do This Work
I help you rebuild yourself because I had to rebuild myself first.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself.
To give and give until there’s nothing left.
To carry stress so deeply in your body that habits like smoking, overeating, or emotional numbing feel like the only relief.

For a long time, I didn’t know who I was.
​
Growing up overweight left me feeling judged and unseen. Even later, when I appeared strong and capable on the outside, the inner struggle remained.
The anxiety. The self-doubt. The constant feeling of being “too much” or “not enough.”
​
I learned to push through instead of listening to myself.
​
I watched addiction and unhealthy coping slowly drain the people I loved, not from lack of strength, but from carrying too much for too long without support.
​
Not knowing myself led me to seek worth in relationships and approval. I abandoned my own needs to keep the peace.
Over time, that disconnection showed up as stress, weight struggles, emotional exhaustion, and habits that kept me stuck.

Eventually, I hit a breaking point.

I lost my sense of safety.
I lost financial stability.
I lost myself.
​
But, I found my way back.

What I learned is this: lasting change doesn’t come from forcing or fixing yourself.
It comes from reconnecting, calming the nervous system, releasing stored stress, and rebuilding trust in who you are. When that happens, habits like overeating, smoking, and self-sabotage begin to fall away.
